Mikimoto Pearls arranged in Clusters of Grapes

I have a lovely old mikimoto pendant. it has 10 small pearls arranged like a cluster of grapes with silver leaves. It is at least 40 years old. Can you give me an estimation of its value? Thank You, Cindy R.
