mikimoto treasure found

I have discovered after cleaning my grandmother's house a box with what I believe to be a triple strand of mikimoto pearls. They have a certificate with them that my great great aunt apparently bought them during her travels in japan in the 1900's.

The pearls are in a red velvet pouch. My question is : I need a reputable appraiser that is also trustworthy. do you have any suggestions?
