Miriam Haskell Glass Cameo and Chain /both marked

Hello,
I just got this glass cameo pendant and chain and both are marked Miriam Haskell.The chain also has a patent # of 9427681. I would love to know if they are genuine, since I see so many out there that are fake, and when they are from and what they may be worth.
