Mourning Ring Hallmarks

My sister has a Mourning Ring from 1833 belong to our GGGG Grandmother. I am sending a photo of the hallmarks on the interior. NOT the best quality picture I am afraid but I thought you might be able to make something of them.

The ring was either made in Canterbury, Maidstone or perhaps London as these were the main areas of my past family.

Do you have any online suggestion to help identify the ring?
