Please Help identify Hallmark on 18ct Ring

The ring tests for at least 18ct.

I can not find any information on the hallmark.

One mark has the letter E and an up arrow ^ in a Hexagon.

The other mark I am unsure what it is.

Any info would be great:

Country? Age? gold purity?
