please identify cufflinks

They appear quite bright yellow gold, have the mark on back of an anchor '15 and something that resembles a sheep hung around its middle. the stokes on either side of the 15 are high in front and low at back. they are hand engraved so have to be at least 45 yrs old by my reckoning. are they of any value?
