Right facing arrow thru letter C

I have a blue enamel locket with a small diamond on front. The inside edge of locket has a right facing arrow with feathers thru a C or cresent shape. It has 14 to the right of mark, I received thru the family, had a hand written note stating that it was bought used for a 16th birthday in 1912. Amaising is that it has a matching chain
