Sheffield silver hallmark on my gold coin?

I found this coin about 5 years ago, it's a king ferdinand V1 gold coin circa 1757, but looking closer at the coin i notice it has a sheffield rose and lion along with inital pc and date e.

Even though it has a silver hallmark the colour of the coin is gold; can you give me any more clues as to what you think it is.
