Hi there- No this is not Miriam Haskell. Haskell pieces are either unsigned, or signed with her name in full. Eugene was never made by Haskell. Thank you for your question.

If your item is signed Eugene, it is by the Eugene company.

The Eugene Company was in operation from about 1952-1962. He died in 1964.

There are conflicting stories that Eugene once worked for Miriam Haskell but it is not substantiated.
