Spray Wax and Mild Soapy Water
by: Mandy

Hi Patti I have a berlin iron bracelet, it's not like some berlin iron that I've seen that's lacquered black. This is is how I clean my berlin iron bracelet. I just wipe it over with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. I then rinse this off with soft cloth moistened in clear water. Then I dry with another cloth. To preserve it and stop the iron oxidizing, when the bracelet is completely dry, I spray it, very lightly from a distance, with a spray wax.

Berlin Iron is not usually marked so your piece is rare and probably quite valuable. The overlapping double "V" hallmark, which makes it appears like a "W" would be the name of the manufacturer I think. Mandy
