A very nicely styled pair of Candle Sticks.
I am sure that they are Silver Plated. The writing that is visible on the base "Silberpl" is abbreviated for SILBER PLATTIERT. Which is German for Silver Plated.
Not so Valuable but nice all the same, makes them a bit more usable.
