Small Covered Wagon Pin

I have a small, probably 1" wide by 1/2" tall covered wagon pin. It is a heavy paper cover with a simple safety pin back, wood base and wheels. It was my grandmothers and I'm collecting my social security now so it has been around awhile. I remember it being in her jewelry box when I was a child.

No signature or advertising logo on it. She didn't spend much money on jewelry so I'm guessing it was probably a give away with something.

Any ideas on how old it might be or the source? She lived in North Texas.
