solid gold and diamonds elephant pendant to identify....

i have a solid yellow gold elephant pendant...
it has a diamond on the bottom of his right foot....
and 10 little diamonds on the carpet on his back...
his trump is up....
the makings puzzle me and cant identify....
if someone could help
