Elsa Peretti & Tiffany & Co
by: Anonymous

Hi Fran thanks for writing in.

there are over 200 TIFFANY & CO. stores and boutiques around the world.

To put this into perspective, the Company's operating segments are as follows:

the Americas region (52% of fiscal 2009 sales) includes sales transacted in TIFFANY & CO. stores in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil; the Asia-Pacific region (35% of fiscal 2009 sales) consists of sales transacted in TIFFANY & CO. locations in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan, as well as sales of TIFFANY & CO. products in certain of those markets through Internet, business-to-business and wholesale operations; and Europe (12% of fiscal 2009 sales) consists of sales transacted in TIFFANY & CO. stores in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, ITALY, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, as well as sales of TIFFANY & CO. products in certain of those markets through Internet, business-to-business and wholesale operations.

In our researches, we have come across Tiffany & Co articles marked 18K from Italy, (18K is a gold standard mark for foreign or tourist market).

This also agrees with the famous Italian designer of pendant, Madame Elsa Peretti.

It may also be worth mentioning, that Tiffany do not take kindly to counterfeit marks,

Please see 'Tiffany doesn't dig trademark counterfeits" ...

Tiffany owns or licenses numerous trademark registrations worldwide for the Tiffany Marks, including, but not limited, to the following United States Federal Trademark Registrations:

Elsa Peretti is a registered trade mark (1993)

Peretti is also a registered trade mark (1993)

best wishes,

Yvonne Hammouda-Eyre
