Value Giovanni APA Earrings

I have a pair of Giovanni "boxed" vintage clip on cameo earrings. They are pale corral with a tulip and maybe a daisy floral pattern. I think they are brass, maybe gold, with what appears to be eight inlaid stones. The top of the box reads DITTA GIOVANNI APA Corrallo . Cammel . Tartarugla . TORRE DEL GRECO . (Italia)
