vintage eastern european charm

i have a four piece multi colored flower charm. appears to be brass or bronze base metal on largest piece and copper on small lower charms. guessing it would have been made in 20's roughly. was my grandmothers or greatgrandmothers. very heavy chain was missing when found.

only marks on it appear to be JTAL or JTAM.
costume jewelry but a nice piece. I just would like to know if this manufacture stamp or something i cant translate. family Austro-Hungarian but emigrated here in 1880's. very few of her things have any markings
