I have a silver bracelet with the crown, laurel crown, and initials PD. The company is called Premier Designs out of Texas I believe. No sterling silver stamp, though. It's costume jewelry.

Crown within Wreath Jewelry Mark by: Anonymous
Hi Marsha thanks for your question. Antique gold jewelry and jewelry formerly belonging to Wallace Simpson is not the only jewelry that's valuable and collectible ;-)
It's hard to work out the "crown and olive branch crown" marks from the description.
I know the company BLOCK HIRSCH Co. 162 W. 34th Street, New York City use a British crown within a wreath company trademark. Without a photo can't confirm.
You can test silver yourself. Put a drop of nitric acid on the back of the piece. If the jewlery is silver, nitric acid will turn the area a white cloudy matte color. If you cannot get definitive results with this, try SILVER TESTING SOLUTION available from jewelry supply stores.
If the piece is fine silver the solution will turn bright red. If sterling silver it will turn dark red and if 800 silver it will turn brown.
You are welcome to upload a photo in a follow-up submission if you like. Please use, "Crown within Wreath" in the subject heading box and I will be able to assign your photo to the question quickly.
