What kind of ring is this? Help please!!!

Hello, I've been wondering this for a long time now.... I've had this ring for a very long time and I'm not really sure if it's gold (maybe just simple metal), but it has these weird markings on it. Maybe you can tell me something about it and what that marking says? Thank you for your help.
