Zales Tahitian Pearl

I recently bought a Tahitian pearl pendant from Zales local store. I need to know why Zales did not gave me the original price tag to me with the pendant? I called them since it was not with the pendant so I was worried anyway lady told me its their policy plus in the store lady told me what grade is A but in the receipt it was like this 10 K white gold Tahitian/ D pendant and the price.

I have seen on the price tag pearl is from India and brand is Honora. Size is 9 mm but on receipt its only the above mentioned display. Please help did I made a mistake to buy this pendant from Zales?
