I have found this website which gives you the dates for the gold and silver marks from Birmingham. The anchor mark on your bracelet indicates it was goldmarked/made in Birmingham England. From what I can tell, it looks like your bracelet was made in 1906, however it depends on the design of the "g". Here is the link to the website:
