CJ will be the initials of the firm or individual who made the ring. 18 will be the gold purity mark. It means 18K, 18ct or 750 (parts per 1000) or 75% gold. (Mostly on quality pieces - 18 ct is the minimum gold standard in Italy.) Not sure about the 91.
