antique gold band

by A.K.
(Michigan)

I have a wide band gold ring, 7 hearts and a square are etched on outside ring. Heart are alternating up down around the ring. Hallmark is KYK. Cannot see the next. Then there is a crown, 14, and a lion. Can you point me in the right direction to research this. This came from my great aunt Bea, who traveled Europe from 1927-29, as a gift from her parents upon college graduation.

I also have an identified Georgian piece with black diamonds. The only hallmark there is xxxW. An antique gemologist gave me this info on second ring.
