Crown, Heart, Dagger 22| Marks inside ring band

This is a small wide band ring with a red stone. it is set in a raised fashion, many small, almost like eyelet setting around the stone. It's difficult to make out the marks but here it goes.

There is a crown, heart, appears to be a dagger and a 22. There is also a stamp MM. have any ideas ?
