Diamond Ring

by Angela Henson
(Texas)

My mother bought a beautiful ring that looks to be antique. On the inside there looks to be a large cursive f and then a small c and the number 113 then 14kt. Does anyone know what the f and C 113 could stand for or point me in the direction to locate a guide on makers marks? I do not have a picture yet and will attempt to get one.
