Big Cat Jewelry Marks
by: Anonymous

Hi thank you for the following hallmark question:

"I have a 14 cr gold bracelet set with jade. its not eu made as it appears to have a jaguar or panther head with mouth open facing left. any ideas please"

There are SO many big cat jewelry marks on metals. We need to see a photo of this mark. To understand why please read hallmark determination here.

You are welcome to attach a photo of the mark in a follow up submission. There are two main types of Jade - do you know if your jewelry is set with Jadeite or Nephrite Jade? It can make a big difference in the price.

best wishes,
Yvonne Hammouda-Eyre
