Old Gold Mikimoto Pearl Ring

I was just given a pearl mikimoto ring, gold with one pearl in the original box and I was trying to find out its age and approx value.

I tried finding a pic on google and nothing quite looks like the ring I have. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
