Seed Pearl Necklace | Are They Natural Pearls?

by Farah

Hi
I have acquired a gorgeous triple strand seed pearl necklace that features open-work and is a two-dimensional piece, with three largish central floral stations worked with pearls, that connect the triple strands together in three places. It is one of my favorite pieces of jewelry. It is believed to be an antique piece but I would like to ask your opinion about what type of pearls these are. Would have any idea if these tiny seed pearls are natural pearls or not?
Thank you so much for your time.

Farah
