Tanzanite Ring | Trying to Determine the Symbols

What is the item? Tanzanite and Diamond Ring


Can you please provide all background information? Recently I purchased the ring, it was indicated that it was part of an estate sale. I am trying to determine its age.


What are the markings? it has 14k followed by an asterick symbol, just to the right of the asterick, there appears to either be an S or possibly a J


Where are the markings? Inside the band to the right side if you were examining the ring from the topside.
