" ET " Mark Blue Enameled Gold Locket with Rose Cut Diamonds & Seed Pearls

I have a beautiful blue enameled gold locket (tested more than 9K less than 14k). It has an applied gold flower design with rose cut diamonds and seed pearls. The only stamp I can find on both the bale and the locket is ET. What can you tell me about this locket?
The only reference I have found is from the French (Paris) Assay Office which used this stamp from the mid 1800's to designate gold plate 9K standard or less of either foreign or unknown origin. Could that be it or is this a maker's mark? I have attached a picture and have several more including one with the mark. Any information is greatly appreciated.
