15ct with 2 Rubies and Pearls. What Year?

Originally this 15ct gold ring had 2 rubies and 25 small pearls set into it. Can you please let me know where the hallmark is from and what year is the date of the ring? Also there is a symbol to the left like a C, What is this mark? (Photo uploaded)
