18K White Gold Arabic Hallmark

I have an 18K white gold eternity ring that contains Arabic hallmarks. I was told it was from Egypt, but there is no lotus mark. There is an Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic-like tiny bird stamp and other Arabic letters. Any ideas?
