Hi T there's actually a few maker's marks that have and still do use the overlapping TC letters. Therefore I would need to see the TC mark to identify. You can upload a photo in a follow-up submission or if you do not have a camera with close-up you could scan. Please use "TC Hallmark" in subject heading of your follow-up so I can assign to your original question here quickly otherwise it could take me all day to find :-(
Also could you please confirm if metal is gold or silver?
