what is year, style,origin, the pendant tag a signature? or 99 mark followed by marks or symbols i cant make out. my great aunt had it for many years before i was born s...o

its been tested as 24kt, is 7 1/2"s with clasp ext..scahin is 7" even.
weighs 18 Grams or 11.8 d.w.t where, how, and who would be my best option to sell it with? is it worth/ how much more than scrap? ty in advance for anyone whom helps me
