Antique Bracelet - Dog's head hallmark

Hello.
I have an antique gold bracelet, with a couple of hall marks. One has a dog's head facing west, with a 'P' and a '4' in it . There is also another 'P' hallmark. No indication to 14 or 18k. I think it's austro-Hungarian.
Do you have any other information?
