Antique Indian Ring - how old?

I got this ring at an antique shop in Hong Kong. At the time there was a card with it stating it to be very old, and it does look very old. But I have no other information. A jeweler cleaned it and said it was very high quality gold and the stones were all real. but that's all I know. Any idea on age and where it came from?
