Basra pearl and diamond pendant

Dear Sir,

I have a beautiful old pendant, its origin is Indian, but despite having researched, I find that it is difficult to date approximately.
After having seen a few specialists, I know it is original, not a copy. It consists of a chain of 103 natural pearls; in the front of the pendant has three small rose cut diamonds embedded on the top and a larger center. On the reverse, you can see the green enamel work with floral decoration.
I live in Spain, and I don´t find any lab for such a piece. I've heard about of C. Dunaigre Lab in Lucerne. What´s your opinion??
Thank you in advance for your help and orientation.
Best regards,
Isabel G.G.
