Beaver, Leaves and Capital letter "L"

The image of hallmarks is on an 18K gold wedding ring that was used in the year 1900 for a wedding in Riding Mountain, Manitoba, Canada. I am keen to learn the place of manufacture based on this unique Maker's Mark.
