Premier designs was founded by Joan and Andy Horner in Irving, Texas in 1985. The company closed its doors in December 2020.
Premier Designs jewelry is now considered pre-owned or vintage.
Authentic pieces feature a small hangtag or stamp with the letters PD sitting beneath a small crown, all nested inside an open circular wreath of laurel leaves.
