Crown or hand?

Aloha- I have received from my mothers estate some jewlery that i cannot identify. This one has me baffled it appears to be gold and tiny diamonds but i cannot find any marking besides what appears to be a crown or a hand and fingers. Can you assist me in identifying this piece??
