Diamond & Ruby Gold Ring Hallmark

Hi,

About 20 years ago I was given a ring that once belonged to my great great grandmother. I am very interterested in any information you might be able to give me on this ring.

It is gold with a larger ruby coloured stone in the midde with 2 diamonds either side and then another 2 smaller diamonds either side of each diamond. I have attached a photos if that helps. It has the marking B&H 15.625 a sideways anchor with the top to the left and the roman numberal x to the right of the anchor. Any information would be great. Thank you. Kind Regards Linda
