Foreign Gold Hallmarks - Unsure of origin

This set of hallmarks comes from an engraved gold bangle that measures about 2.5" in diameter, the face of the bracelet is about 1/2" and the thickness is about 1 to 2mm.

The weight is 23 grams. Any guidance on the age and origin of this piece would be greatly appreciated. I am not familiar enough with the script used in the hallmark to even begin to identify. Thank you for any help!
