Gold St. Christopher Medal

I have a 14k St Christopher medal that's a bit over 1 inch round with a stamp of either a C or a G with a vertical line thru the letter. I know that it is over 80 years old and it may have been purchased at Tiffany's. Can you help me because I am trying to establish a value. Many thanks Bitsy Govern
