Hallmark with Crescent or Backwards C, Arrow, and Lily (?)

Hallmark Sketch

I have a ring I believe to be from the Victorian era that is 10K gold, has two rubies, and two seed pearls. It has a hallmark that looks like an arrow going through a crescent or backwards C and a possibly a lily (depending on which side the ring lays on). I've attached my best sketch of what the hallmark looks like. I would appreciate any information anyone can provide.
