Your pocket watch case is crafted from solid 18k gold, was assayed in Switzerland, and was most likely manufactured by a registered case maker in Geneva.
Swiss hallmarks do not contain direct date letters, but the use of the Geneva Key system and the "750" stamp suggests the manufacturing date was from the early 1920s to the 1970s
