I cannot Identify Gold Bracelet Hallmarks

Gold Bracelet

I have two marks on either side of a bracelet. The bracelet is marked 18K and .750 below. To the left of these marks is what looks like a shoe with the number 12 inside it and to the right is what looks like a man's profile. Have you heard of these marks?
