I have a stamped Carlos Garcia Madrid Pearl necklace

My Great Grandfather bought my Great Grandmother a 3 strand pearl necklace when he was away in WW 2. It is stamped Carlos Garcia Madrid. We had a certificate of authentication but I can't find it. Do you think it has monetary value?
