Patti's Inherited Watch

My wife inherited a lot of vintage jewelry from her mother. One of the items is a 1904 Waltham Ladies Pendant watch. It came with a 26-1/2" gold chain that has stamped on it "1/2C 14K" and a logo. I was wondering if you can tell me what the writing means and also who the Hallmark belongs to. I'll upload a couple of photos...
