pendant with markings i don't know

the pendant has a woman on the front like a cameo. on the back is a small cameo of a man in a circle there are words around him but i cant make them out. above him are the numbers 950. thats all i can say im afraid. i've looked on the net but can't find anything like it. your help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.
