Prestige PEARLS De Espagna

We have a two strand (black & white) set of pearls given to my wife by her father probably in the sixty's. The box has a small stick on label that says "Prestige, Handcrafted, PERLAS DE ESPAGNA, MATINEE, 8MM DOUBLE, NO. 2300C".
