A triangle symbol is for UK -Birmingham on all ct grades except 24ct GOLD on LOCAL & IMPORTED WARES - ca 1904 - Present.

In other words the ring is imported. 14 carat gold or 585 (parts per 1000) or 58.5% gold (Asian for overseas market. Common in USA. Russian 584.)
